Yum, Easter Ham






The above are the Easter Ham I baked today (Saturday, the day b4 Easter.)

The first one is after I put my glaze (brown sugar, honey, pinapple juice, and Grey Puopon mustard) and cloves on the ham.

The middle two pictures are bastings, and the final of course is b4 we cut into it.. YUM the slightly charred fat on top kicks ass!

hahah you shoulda take pics of the cut ham too! :p what's the black bits on the ham though?

The black bits are CLOVES. You stick the cloves into the skin, they're just about 1 cm long each one.. ya don't eat em of course ya just discard when you slice the meat.
