Heavy On Wrestling Proctor Fair

On August 21st, Heavy on Wrestling provided the evening's entertainment at the South St. Louis County Fair in Proctor, Minnesota. Among the wrestlers in the show were former WWE wrestlers Rikishi & Scotty Too Hotty, known as the tag team "Too Cool." Also in the event were AWA Legend Buck Zumhoffe, former WWE wrestler and Tough Enough trainer Al Snow, with Head, and former WWE Intercontinental Champion, The Honky Tonk Man! Heavy On Wrestling Broken Hearts

Heavy on Wrestling put on a mostly women's wrestling show at Stargate Nightclub in Superior, Wisconson August 1st, 2009. TNA stars ODB, Awesome Kong, Sojo Bolt, and Christy Hemme headlined a fun card of matches and a bikini contest.

Minnesota U18 Class C Softball State Tournament

This past weekend at Braun Park in Cloquet, Minnesota the U-18 Class C state tournament was held... I only was able to attend on Sunday but below you'll find a few shots from the tournament, with a link at the bottom to view all the photos I shot. Greenway defeated Duluth Central to win the Championship in the second game of the finals, in which Central needing to win twice, and Greenway only needed to win once with a double elimination format.

Echo Pro Wreslting Double Shot Photos

This past weekend, Friday and Saturday nights, Echo Pro Wrestling held a 2 day event at the Bernick's Pepsi Arena in Sartell, Minnesota.

Friday's show was headlined by TNA wrestling star Petey Williams, and featured the first Echo Pro championship match, between Darin Corbin and Pete Huge, with Corbin becoming the first Echo Pro Champion. The main event of the night was a "fans bring the weaspons" match that included hockey sticks, street signs, chairs, and fluorescent light tubes, to name a few of the weapons.

Saturday's headliner was TNA superstar AJ Styles, who with his badly injured ankle, brought TNA star Kip James, aka Mr Ass, aka Billy Gunn. A few photos from the two night event are below, and links to the complete photo gallery are under those photos.

Duluth-Classic Stage Race Photos

With the Duluth-Classic Stage Race changing it's Cloquet stage course from downtown to Pinehurst Park, I decided to head down and get pictures. The weather was a bit overcast and cool, but without rain which probably helped the bike race.

Cloquet Baseball Beat Marshall, Central; Loses to Grand Rapids

Cloquet beat Duluth Marshall, and Duluth Central this week, while losing to Grand Rapids to end the regular season schedule.

Porcupine Up In A Tree In the Woods

I shot (photographed.. duh) this guy in the woods today.. I thought I saw a new nest up in a tree and it turned out to be this porcupine.

The Lumberjacks beat Proctor 10-0 at Proctor on Thursday...Thomas Jezierski pitched the shutout and Tyler Tollerud hit a three run homerun.
