Yes, I know it's been 2 weeks since I've posted any fishing pictures, but the fishing has STUNK since about June 5th, when I last posted to THIS blog.
This 13 inch smallmouth was caught on a Texas Rigged Gulp Floating Crawler. I really like the floating crawler with a 1/8 oz weight texas rigged. It falls slow and stands vertical in the water.
THIS one is caught on a 6 inch jerkbait, I don't remember the brand bait but it really hasn't caught any really large fish, just these 10-12 inch smallies
THIS guy fell off the Reed Runner spinner bait I threw soon as I lifted it out of the water. The camera was right there next to me so I just clicked then let the fish go back to hopefully grow larger.
I caught a couple other small smallmouth bass, but when I say small in THIS case, I mean around 7 inches.

Cool. I figure one fish beats none, right? :) I was happy to see a blog with a pic of a fish on it since that's what I've been doing over on my blog (http://tc.wagoneer.net) the last few weeks. :) I fished since a kid but lately have gotten into it more. Eager to catch bass and other sportfish besides trout altho those are great too. :)
